Participation Policies

PRIVACY
All information and experiences are kept confidential in your T.R. experience. They are held in reverence. Nothing will be shared without your written permission.

            HEALTH
By signing up for any T.R. experience you are acknowledging full self-responsibility for your own health at all times and that you recognize that any T.R. is not a substitute for medical treatment or therapy.

          CELL PHONES
Please be advised that for any of the transcendental rebirthing workshops/events we hold a no mobile phone policy. You will be provided with an emergency cell phone number you may share with family.
The exception for cell phone use is for emergency use only.

Cancellation Policies

THE T.R CERTIFICATION TRAINING & other workshops:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. If your cancellation is received ten (10) days in advance of the workshop your tuition will be refunded less a $200 processing fee. If you do not send advance written notice of your cancellation, if you do not show up, or you choose to leave the training early, your payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. The only exception is a medical emergency experienced by yourself or someone in your immediate family.

One day T.R workshops. The event fee is non-refundable.

Private T.R. requires at least a week notice and your tuition will be refunded less a $100 processing fee. Private Events however can be rescheduled, and your tuition will be applied for the new date you and the TR team agree upon.

Special Events T.R Workshops cancellations must be submitted in writing. If your cancellation is received six (6) days in advance of the workshop your tuition will be refunded less a $100 processing fee. If you do not send advance written notice of your cancellation, if you do not show up, your payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
